Eliza Dushku: Faith and beyond

Eliza Dushku (Dush-koo) was born in Boston, Massachusetts on December 30, 1980. She was raised in a strict Mormon household. Her background is Albanian and Danish. In her childhood, Eliza studied and learned dance, drums, and the piano. She has performed at the Watertown's Children's Theatre since she was a young child and can still be found there today, sometimes signing for deaf children. Eliza has 3 older brothers, and when she was growing up, often found herself taking after them in many ways, whether it is dressing like them or playing football. One of her brothers, Nate Dushku, is an actor, and he also has performed in numerous television and movie roles. But the star of the family is still Eliza, ever since her first major role in the 1992 movie "That Night".
